Cancel regular top ups

To cancel your regular top ups, navigate to ‘Settings’ in the app (top left of the app home screen). From there, navigate to ‘Account settings’, and select ‘Regular top ups’.

Towards the bottom of the screen, you can pause or cancel your regular top ups by clicking ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel’ and confirming on the next screen.

By clicking 'cancel’, your regular top up will be cancelled, and no future top ups will be made. However, this won’t stop any top ups that have already been made and are in progress (e.g. if your bank is already sending your money to your Beach account).

When you’re ready to restart your regular top ups, head back to the same place to continue your paused regular top up, or to set up a new one.
